Eating Mindfully ...

Or maybe eat for your mind ...

Yesterday , after being back 12 days I felt , all of a sudden a dip in my energy , so tired and hungry ... ok it has been full schedule since my feets stepped down on Swedish roads again , but so totally empty I simply could not understand it , maybe or probably ... there had not been enough protein on my few plates , yeah more coffes than food ...






In view of the fact that I adore Caesar Salad & Smoked Salmon my desicion for the weekend and my slow condition ... will be a big platter with ...


Caesar salad without bacon and chicken , but with kale.

Slices of Avocado.

Pieces of Cucumber.

A big heap of Salmon.

A wedge of your favourite cheese.

Maybe a boiled egg.

If you want , decorate with some berries of your taste.


This energy giving plate and a long walks will be my goal for the weekend ... and books together with some chocolate , even though I just read that chocolate are worse for the climate than meat ... well , so lets minimize the pralines .


Patience - Rest - Dont judge - Accept - Let go - Get out of Your head - Get out of Doing mode ...


To that who has been .. Thank You - To that who is coming .. Yes !!
