Climatarians …

The word climatarian will be one that we all shall hear more , and more .. it is all about the impact on the climate change , we are leaving behind , it could be the carbon footprint when you have finished the food on your plate or the way you dress , choose to travel or simply just prefere to enjoy yourself , it goes well beyond recycling or closing the tap while brushing your teeth ... the climatarians are already here & you may even be one without knowing it !!

Some ways to exercise is always good , and to pump it up a bit “ in between “ is even better because when your heart has to give its best ... the cells in your muscles release a hormone called Irisine .. and that hormone help your memory , it keeps the brain cells effective .. excellent good news , try to remember that xxx

Don’t forget the full moon on Sunday it’s called the Cold Moon or Frost Exploding Trees Moon , it rises during the “ longest “ nights of the year some days before Winter Solstice .. prior to the Yuletide festival which celebrates the return of the sun … just love it when the days will be a little bit longer every day , and just to think about the colour blue , which are the one most likely to promote feelings of inspiration and happiness .. sea , lakes & rivers ... yes please !

While waiting for lighter days try to fulfill your soul on a mental and spiritual level .. or maybe what your body desires most might be a cinnamon bun & a cup of delicious coffee …

Meanwhile I am preparing my bags , for the trip to the southest point of Sweden , to celebrate Christmas with my lovely friends .. Gittan & Davide and since we are friends from long ago ..” Mykonos time “ it will for sure be many lovely laughs.. can’t wait ..
