Health - Junkie .. Fanatic Veggie Eater.. Body Positive .. Age Gracefully - Eat Like a Greek , enjoy a diet rich in fruits & veggies , nuts , legumes , seafood and liberal amounts of olive oil for optimal health now and later .. the older we get we are more pleased .. have more self confidence and feel much wiser than the yonger generation .. according to a Swedish study ... I like that ... Get out of your comfortzone .. In like - motivation doesn´t find you on the couch .. you have to go out and get it ..

Summer soon .. time to remember that the sun is not anti age friendly .. protect your beautiful skin .. speaking about the sun , I did read a new study which shows that the sun , the brightest object in the solar system has significantly less starlight than previously thought ... even such small changes can effect the Earths climate on timeframes of decades or its atmospheric chemistry on timescales as short as months or days ... what might that mean for life here on earth ...

I love Gotland .. well I did live on that island 15 years .. I recently did read an article about Skybars and they mentioned the Roof Bar on Strand Hotel ,since the view is stunning , located in the old brewery , where I did open up my 2nd place Teatercafeet before they started with the hotel business .. and then I remembered the funniest connection from the 80s to just a couple of years back , before returning to Sweden for good I had put myself on some search engines for positions in the restaurant business .. maybe I would like to work some .. and up came one match they had done .. as Restaurant Manager at Strand Hotel ... it just felt so strange , staring in that mirror , I inevitably fall into a then - and - now comparison .. like a time machine !!
