On Hold !

Annoying ... yes I am more than miffed about this virus situation ... it´s every where , the news are full of it .. yes I know very well that I am not living in Jemen where if it will start they can not cope with it at all .. they are not having any of the security and tests needed , or equipped hospitals .. it is also a question of this terribel war in Syria and a lot of people moving around in search for a better life , understadable and recognizable , don´t we all ...

What happened to Piece Love and Understanding

Still though it bothers me , that I can not at this point in my life .. do what I want most of all .. travel , my only real joy left , well it is number one on my feel good list .. tickets are bought for my spring travels to Athens ok - that´s only money .. but I am a totally spoiled mind and I want to see my friends .. in peace and quiet .. not hurrying around with a sick thought about catching this Crown Virus ... we were already thinking about it while in Paris a month ago , so tiring and it takes all the fun away , impossible to relax , and I am not an easy scared person I have my feet steady on the ground - have had my share of disasters .. but even me thinks that it will be a different spring & summer in many places plus the economy of course .. in the travel and hotel businesses they have to let people go !

My mind feels totally strangled and there is not one single new health tip or green food novelty I can give you .. the only thing I can recommend at the moment is to Wash Your Hands Carefully and Not Touch Your Face .. but boy am I bored with it all ... my whole life is on hold in a golden cage .. me and my books ..

So let it be yoga stretches and breathing early in the mornings while the spring light are flooding my room and mind , long walks out in the nature , logical minds who has to wait this ordeal out as you cant get what you want ... or even be where you want , longing for my happy place !!
