Split Second ...
Out and about .. I had hardly landed from Paris when it was time to board a train bound for the south of Sweden , to visit Gittan & Davide those dear friends and big time Myconos lovers for many years ... on the agenda was the Picasso exhibit in Copenhagen which ended 23 of February and it was a split second the moment of moments and there and then my Paris trip got weaved together ,since Picasso met one of his love affairs at Les Deux Magots where I had coffe with my daughter a couple of days before ... I really had some fantastic days in Skåne , one sunny walk close to the sea at the most south point of Sweden ,Smygehuk aswell as lovely seafood meals in the company of the best wines , yeah Davide is a sommelier and a pleasing man.

What a day we had at Swedens most south tip .... spring is in the air !
Followed by a glass of Palmer & Co Champagne .. and Moules pure love in a glass and on a plate , Davide did the cooking !
Supervened by King crab and Scampi the next night !
A part of my life in Athens can relate to the athmospere in the pic below , since life during 20 years with an artist & actor can be rather overwhelming ... as in playing saxophon , painting , rehearse a play or making marionettes .. xo xo !

I do not know about you , but I have a secret place , a little balcony .. it´s a love affair ... in my mind when I do yoga and breathing exercises and as magic it pops up surrounded by my favourite color turqoise , all this while some zen music is playing , it´s like a dreamy meditation and so relaxing .. I recommend you with all my heart to find your secret place and use it when you want to destress ... happy places & secret places are so necessary to have for our mind !
In the meantime , the mornings are lighter , the days are longer you can smell the spring .. lovely , lovely spring and I have decided to meet the spring in Athens ... walk the streets who have been a great part of my life and to meet up with old friends .. soon - soon ....
