Eat like a Greek , it´s a lifestyle ... not a diet ... and furthermore it´s pretty delicious .. more lentils , more seafood which actually can be an exclusive climate - friendly choice compared to meat , like farmed mussels who can naturally improve the water quality in their environment leaving it cleaner and better than how it was before , besides with more greens & beans on your plate you might shrink your climate footprint and the immune system in your body will be upgraded not a bad thing in these "virus-times " to choose more plant based food is in reality good for a lot of things , as is to feel loved by friends or a lover ,or a positive outlook on life.. aswell as sleep and a clean environment ... walk more , try some bonny things to fill your cupboard with like , yoghurt , garlic , broccoli , lentils , onion , apples , feta cheese and lemons plus all the fruits and veggies you want of course , bring together some greens and life will be easier ... personally I am stuffing myself with Propolis & Echinacea , something I started before and during my Paris visit together with a handerchief drenched with lemon oil ... no germs wanted !
Garlic everyday .. yes it is a powerhouse broad-spectrum antibiotic , vital nutrients .. and an aphrodisiac .. !
Chili oil can be the solution to nearly everything .. make it : heat 6 thinly sliced cloves of garlic in 1/4 cup of neutral oil for 4-5 min. pour it over 2 tsp of red pepper flakes , stir and enjoy ... some drops over a pizza slice , your avocado or lentils it is an easy way to enhance your plates and it´s completely fantastic !
The first signs of spring begin to emerge I saw some blue & white flowers popping up outside today , maybe they are after fullmoon flowers ... and folks it is light nearly to 5 o clock ... wonderful .. It was also quite wonderful in Paris , strolling around with my daughter , dining , looking at food markets , art and coffe shops , Lafayette galeries and much more !
Like dining at le Relais de l´Entrecote , where they for many years serve only one dish Entrecote .. you will only tell them what you want to drink and how you want your meat done ... the thing though is the sauce which is a secret of course and it is something like a warm pesto tasting love affair .. little me is naturally dying to find out how they make it ... yes it will be test cooking big time !!
The other big dining moment is Julia Childs favourite place "Josephine" , who has been in business for more than 100 years since 1880 to be exact and has not changed a thing inside I mean this is fantastic and their Boeuf Bourguignon is world wide known and yes it is excellent ... just saying !

Want more mindfullness .. eat slowly - look around - breath - note 3 things you´re grateful for - just stop for 5 min. if you want .... the funny thing is that the other day I was listening to a " stressfree " guy and this did blow my mind , he said that 10 min. of playing a game on your phone .. relaxed the whole body & brain more than half an hour of mindfullness .. we live and we learn !!
Dance - Sing - Hug - Kiss - Love - Be kind - Forgive - Forget - Smile - Listen - Be a friend - Cook something nice ..... Be your best version ... and Laugh !!
