Blooming ..

Back .... there is nothing like a road trip to satisfy your wanderlust & to discover something new .... and it really was an injection .. since Skåne is new to me .. I have been at Gotland and in Greece mostly all these years ... but am so in love with Skåne .. Mölle what a view from Grand Hotel , Hörte interesting for food lovers , Höganäs where I did find the best Coco Avocado Oil and the fun we had with our thrift shop weekend at my friends lovely place Prästmöllan .. so after a fantastic week I did drive straight back yesterday , more than 500 km .. of course with some joyful stops for coffe or more - just love these small local places in the middle of nowhere and the people you meet ... say no more ..

Will be on my way to Norway in a couple of weeks ... another road trip to looking forward to and old friends to visit ....

Well this spell correction can make you laugh .. no it is not New Yourk .. but New York xo xo !!

Less is more : less make up , less jewelry , less furniture , less clothes .. so bring it back to basic - try to live with less plastic or none at all ...

Let us at least throw all plastic straws , food-containers, plastic bottles and go for reusable ones !

Plus there is no need for all schampoos , soaps or shower creams in plastic containers .. I am for years using soap bars 2-3 different ones for the hair and body , it makes also a huge decluttering effect when you discover that all you need is these bars instead of 8 or more different plastic containers and it is quite satisfying to know that my bars are all natural and free from substances I know nothing about !!

I love cheese ... so I am delighted to read this new study that says : cheeses impact on your health is neutral , it doesnt hurt and it is not helpful , so if you are a cheese lover take that as good news .. so apart from high in calcium , protein vitamine D and B12 it may also be good for your heart and it is full of good bacteria which is good for your gut health ... so a moderate amount of cheese in our diet should be a good thing ... more cheese boards to the people !

Strawberry Watermelon Margaritas its the season ...

just

mix some strawberries , watermelon ( without the seeds ) tequila - cointreau - fresh squeezed lime and suryp , serve in chilled glasses with salted edge

easy done this way : some salt on a plate , now moisten the glass edge with the lime wedge and dip the glass carefully in the salt , pour the drink and add ice

voila .. relax and enjoy !
