Go West ..

I have spent a weekend on the west coast of Sweden in the company of good old friends .. 

We met up here to visit Kiki  Αγ. Σωστή  to see how she’s coping with all & everything ..

So there has been lovely days in fantastic company , food, wine and a lot of laughter !

Now I am alone here exploring the old part of Gothenburg before my train leaves,  and am enjoying a Caffe Latte with a small cake at the moment, since it honestly is a bit too cold for slow long walks ... you just need small coffee brakes...

I do feel a little melancholic.. things change I know that, but sometimes you just don’t want to be part of all that ...  Kiki was always so energetic and funny...  she’s been dancing away the nights on Delos in the sixties...  imagine .. !!

I also met up with one of my brothers friends and when we said good bye we had just one thing to say  “ you have to really live your life  to the fullest “   because so many people are dead ... 

So I intend to do what I want when I want , because I really want to be happy &  full of life and love.. !!

No recipes .. well I haven’t been cooking for some days.. just been eating from other people’s hands.. so inspiration is low  .. it honestly feels like I have never been cooking in my life... unbelievable!!

I can tell you about a lovely little dish though,  I saw on this trip   a creamy white bean dip with a drizzle of spicy harissa & olive oil,  looked amazing, just get going and make it!!

I will be throwing together some plates soon enough and then you will have the recipes ... ok  ..  or   ένταξη ... 

Next week I will be in Stockholm and do my acupuncture... at last ,  have been waiting like crazy,  will also be able to see some friends & go to the newly renovated National Museum,  more news about that later!

There is also a restaurant that I will try quite close to Suzanne’s house, where I will stay!

Now I am in the lounge at the train station in Gothenburg , so am listening to their music ...
