Food Obsessed

I read more and more , I hear more and more about the importance of to feed our bodies with the right food .. our stomach or more to the point the colon is our 2nd brain .. but just the other day , listening to the radio , I came upon a programme discussing this and as a matter of fact it seems like the " colon-brain " always was the 1st brain with 80% of much needed bacteria , and it was the one giving signals to the skull brain .. mighty interesting or .. which make it even more important what we put in our beautiful little mouths , more colourful food is needed every day !

Also in order to eat right , we have to feel right .. and if you try to lose some pounds ..

do not stop to eat , it only puts your body in starvation mode which means that it holds on to the fat in order to keep you survive the day , stress also slows down the metabolism , so take a deep breath or a walk in the park , and maybe a nice cup of coffe after .. coffe makes the metabolism work .. tastes good also !

Eat right not less , the perfect plate should look like this :

40% carbs , 30% protein and 30% fat ... yes the body needs the right balance to stay healthy and you in turn to look healthy , so stay good !

Maybe we need to do some life detoxing in order to feel better or , to say it out loud and blunt a healthy self - esteem is needed in order to feel better about yourself and the people you want to spend the life with , plus we did not came in to this life with self doubt .. it was something we did learn .. which leads to the habit of some guys and even womens need to critizese or comment on a womans appereance , it has to STOP , me personally cant understand the mean-ugly point of this !!

The thing is , when toes have been stepped on , lines have been crossed , and nerves have been touched .. it is extremely difficult to make peace ..... undying respect is needed from the beginning & from both sides !

I did read recently : that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with , so make a list of these 5 , and how you feel in their company & start to limit your time with the energy suckers .. spend your time wisely in the company of people who inspire you , bring out the best in you & love you , keep being & keep growing !

I have been working like mad since I came back from the island ... at the Catering and moving house .. now my body really need some relaxation and yoga in the company of good healthy food .. I will leave the unpacked boxes for a while .. let it be & be happy if everything is in the right place until X-mas ....sounds right or , sounds right for me !

Am now planning to work as I please & when I please ... with my own food projects , until that will start , just keep myself happily breathing in and out slowly and live my new life !
