Save the moment !

Hello there , feels like I am dancing on the clouds ....5 days left until my left hip surgery , have been waiting like crazy .. so happy , and because I did my right hip only 10 months ago , everything feels so easy .. I know what to prepare in order to make life easier when I am returning home to daily life ..

it is also more important than ever to be eating healthy ..

Cabbage is a big staple in my personal cooking , mostly raw , it is unbelievably healthy gives you a lot , and is filling ..I normally cut up as much as I need and sprinkle some herbsalt , cayenne and olive oil on top then leave it for a while , it makes it softer , after that I put my favourite greens and beans for the day on the plate , and depending on the mood ... topping it with a piece of chicken or fish .. most of the days though are green .. !

to many of you, I do understand that you think my menu are a bit frugal , but not to me , I love the simplicity , the colours and it keeps me on the right track , the same goes for my home ..with my next move I want a small appartement , actually I would like a nun cell ..with very few belongings only the most necessary ..all my life big houses and restaurants to take care of .. now please .. something small only for me and my books , compact living and yes less is more !!

so thats what I want ..also because my next moving house , in a couple of years .. will be to the island Gotland , where small road trips and walks in the lovely nature seems more important to me than big houses to look after ..

long walks next to the sea so good for you and so good for your skin add a nice cup of tea and your skin will thank you ..

Rooibos , White tea , Green tea , Spearmint , Chamomille and Hibiscus they are all full of antioxidants and other goodies ..yes you should drink water and tea , not all these juices , well of course if you make a healthy carrot and apple juice at home .. yes , but not the ready made .....

because it is not funny that one glass of pineapple juice contains 7 tsps of sugar .. so beware of your choices .. me personally very seldom drink sodas or juices .. for the simple reason that I love chocolate and save my sugar for a lovely little piece of yes .. chocolate !!

speaking about chocolate .. here comes a quick , flour less Brownie recipe

3 medium ripe bananas

half a cup melted smooth nut butter

1/4 cup or more cocoa powder

mix it all well , and pour into a greased small pan , bake for around 20 min. at 225c

call your friends over & enjoy !!

thats all for this time , have to go back to my pre surgery daily doings ...
