Rocking !

In January , after the holidays and with all the food tables ... everybody is signing up for the gym or have promised to change their lifestyle completely .. me and my daughter did the opposite , we went for a foodweekend in London , lovely food markets , fish and chips and a table for 2 at the Savoy grill , to check out their Beef Wellington , the whole thing was so enjoyable , I mean the Savoy hotel , the dining room , the lovely staff and the food excellent .. so glad we did it , especially for my daughter who is doing a chef school , a memory for life , breathtaking ..!

But now it is time to get back to planet earth again

clever eating , moving the body and all the rest feeling rocking good tips !

But to do it in an intelligent and clever way .....

NO juice cleanses , no expensive supplements , no four weeks fixes !

So dear friends , start simple and do it every day , yes the every day thing is very important , it simply creates a habit and that will make everything easier .. one step at the time on your road towards sucess , make it slow and easy , dont set impossible goals , you will only feel completely like a big failure if you dont do them , better make the list smaller and add things only when you feel certain that you are completing every day what you wanted from the beginning !!

Lets make our beach bodies in a healthy mind way .. and lets not forget , that your health is number 1

I have promised you 2 recipes

first out is

Beat patties

half a kilo shredded yellow beats

1 chopped onion

2 minced garlic cloves

half a cup boiled quinoa or bulgur

2 eggs

1 tbsp dijon

half a cup bread crumbs

salt & pepper

mix and leave for 10 min.

make patties and bake in the oven 200c 10 min. if you want more colour , you can fry them in oil for a couple of min.

enjoy them with a salad some aioli or make a veggie burger !

next out is a lovely Chick Pea Curry

2 chopped onions

3 minced garlic cloves and fry the onions in some oil on medium heat until they start to look clear , add the garlic for another min.

add 1 tbsp curry paste and a can of coconut milk plus some salt , stir until the curry paste is dissolved , throw in 2 cups of cooked chickpeas , 1 tbsp vegetarian soy sauce , a handful cherry tomatoes and some chopped basil leaves plus a little lime juice , simmer the curry for another 2 minutes.

Serve with rice

enjoy !

You can walk off extra bellyfat in four weeks , its nice to walk , me personally cant wait till my next hip surgery are over and done with ... because I love to walk , but if you prefere crunches just do them , and you will get a better result , laying down on your back , puttng your legs in a 90degree position and put a pillow on your lower legs ,your body have to work harder that way , you are engaging more muscles because you have to keep the pillow in place .. quite clever !

well , after a sunny weekend in London , I must say that we have lovely weather here in Nyköping , Sweden , sunny and it smells like spring in the distance even the light are different .. there is a flowery future in sight .. soon , lets make the best of everything , and help your neighbour or just smile to people , we need smiles , hugs and chocolate !!

Now is the perfect time , ladies time to make a difference , your voice is your weapon !
