Only the best.

I just love you ,.. September my favourite month of all .. the last lovely days of summer , turning into a crescendo of colours , slowly , slowly making our days brisker , the air more fresh to breath , even freshening up our minds , its time to do new things , change a little habit or start a new one ...

my personally fall start , was to begin at the gym again , after 4 months without , due to my hip surgery .. I am doing a small start , cant do everything , but it feels so refreshing to do whatever I can , the feeling to be on a yoga mat again .. slowly , slowly I will get there again .. wow !!

after the gym , back home , I fixed my oatmeal , love oats , have said it before , not many things can be compared with oats .. so good for you , if we have to eat .. better strive for things that keeps us full longer ...well we have such a fantastic weather at the moment , so I took my oats out in the garden and joined 2 of my neighbours , and we sat there nearly two hours , talking and laughing...lovely afternoon , then back to my kitchen where I had more than 1 kg blueberries to take care of ....

gym and berries , well smoothies arent going out of style any time soon ...and they are good , you can bring them with you , or as a healthy alternative between meals at home !

Chia seed Blueberry Smoothie

1 banana

half a cup blueberries ,from the freezer are best

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp raw creamy almond butter

1 cup almond milk

packed with omega-3s , vitamine C and proteins

you make it at a cost just under 1, 50e

glowing skin , reduce inflammation , healthy gut and energy ...use this list for your cooking ..

ginger

strawberries

zucchini

grains

citrus

cucumber

avocado

spirulina

coconut

something quick and easy , maybe !

Ten minute Almond meal , flaxseed and cinnamon hot cakes

for 2

half a cup almond meal

2 tbsp flax seed

2 eggs

half a cup milk of your choice

1 tbsp maple syrup , optional

1 tbsp cinnamon

some sea salt

coconut oil , for frying

beat the eggs , then add all the rest

fry 2-3 minutes on each side

makes 6-8 enjoy !

I dont have any fantasy for food at the moment ... am close by food all the time at work ..am probably having a time out .. why not !

and are preparing myself for my trip to Gotland ... mentally I am already there ...

thats it for this time , be well , hug each other , smile and laugh , life is short .....its my brothers birthday tomorrow 2nd of September , hope he can celebrate it with some other friends , who also has gone to the afterlife up in heaven !!
