As I am sitting here in my home in Nyköping , it is the day after my brother died ...he was involved in a bad car crash ..sad, sad story ..

we are all only 5 minutes away from a heartattack , a stroke , a plain crash or a terrorist explosion , well there are things happening all the time ,..

so be careful with your words , take time to be grateful for what you have , stop complaining and craving , be kind , take time for your loved ones , give love and happiness , help out and smile , your smile can change someones day ...

my brother loved to sail , and he was aswell a captain , he was for a couple of years down in Greece working at sea , and we did build and open our restaurant Gramma together ,where he became a sleeping partner ...he also worked in Monaco , private boat charter with the big stars like Madonna , Bono and many more ...he was loved by a lot and will be missed by many ..

Life is a one time offer use it well ...
