Island life !
So here I am back at my favourite island in Sweden, since 3 weeks with my new hip , in company of old good friends , aint I the luckiest girl .....
doing my leg exercises , while looking out at the horses ...trying to eat as healthy as possible , and visit a lot of new small lovely places out in the country side ,...though it has to be done weekends ..the island is still not on for summertime ...the big invasion will be after midsummer ...and thats when I am leaving !!
as I am in the process of building my leg and the rest....up again ,..its easy to feel a little lost at times ..so here out in the country side it is perfect to build both outside and inside up again ...
if you feel , like you cant do it alone ...dont
there are people who love you , find them and love them back
give yourself the gift of stillness
be bold and grab opportunity with both hands
dropping some beliefs .. can also be a good thing !

if I am not busy , I am not succeeding
if I just achieve this or get that I will be happy
I am just not lucky
and some foodie advice ...it seems like the latest on our food guide of what to eat and not ...are eat like a Japanese and live a long and healthy life ...
their food list starts with , grains , vegetables , meat , fish ,egg, milk and fruit ...followed by physical activity , water and green tea !!!
we all have to believe in our own way , me personally have been on the veggie and fruit train for the last 40 years at least .....and just love it ..well there has to be some coffe and chocolate as a side dish .. to make me total happy !!!

am a bit lost without my kitchen and my wifi ... but dear friends ..there will be lots of recipes ...
until then be well, sing and dance or just put on some lovely music ....enjoy this green wonderful time of the year ...!!
