One step at the time !


Hi am back home , since 10 days after my total hipreplacement surgery ,. and am living my life with my new best friends .. my crutches ,. but believe it or not , I did cook all by myself 2 days ago , even took some steps without crutches ,...am currently dreaming of the day when I will get the big ok . and can be on my way to Gotland ,.no better place to be in for the last exercises , in the company of good old friends .. better take a healthy kind of vacation ,...because in July work starts again ,.wonder how it will feel , with a quicker step !!

another crazy thing happened at my last visit at the gym before going to the hospital ,. my beautiful eyeglasses was stolen ,. incredible since we where only a few ladies ,..and I did understand that they where missing quickly , but when I contacted the office , no no nobody had reported that they had found a pair of progressive eyewear ....the only thing I can say is ,. thanks god I love to read and had reading glasses at home ,. because looking at the telly is rather impossible ,...

so current situation ,..new hip , new glasses ,...could probably be worse ,..

lets talk about food ,..here I am working my brain to the limit ,..so I will eat all possible things to get myself back in good , yes really good shape ,..it feels like a game , " lets see how many healthy and beneficial things can you put on a plate ...."

well I can assure you that , you can eat & drink yourself to a great state and just feel so good about it all ....

start with all possible colours , both in fruits and veggies, oh and in spices they are so interesting , together with beans , nuts some fat fish and yoghurt , love yoghurt both as an boosting dessert or in a curry ,..

cottage cheese is also a damn good thing , did just read an article that if you blend it with some linsseedoil , its a big banger of health , studies shows that it prevents cancer,...

and dont stop love all your strenghts and weaknesses ...and please dont stop do,

what makes you feel alive ,...

good news for all of us who likes to grab snack on the go sometimes ,..more and more of the fast food businesses have slowly got to understand the importancy of their ingredients ,..people just dont buy shitty snacks anymore ....

speaking about snacks , here is a very easy and quick healthy little thing to fix,..

mash up 1 banana , some oats steelcut is to prefere , raisins ,vanilla or other taste to your preferance , click small heaps on a baking sheet , in the oven at 180c around 10-12 minutes ...voila there you go a small thing to bite in ....1000 times better than the stuff you buy in the stores , they are overpriced and who knows what inside .....just sayin !!!

laugh , laugh , and laugh even more ,. dance , sing ,...dont give a damn what people think ,. just be happy , spring is in the air , and if I am lucky I can dance in July ...thats really something to be happy about ,.
