Returning !

Hi , one more time we returned safe , from our other country Greece , this time I stayed all the time at Aegina , and did see a lot of old friends , really nice , but must say that I am happy to be back in Sweden , seems like I have forgotten all about how cold and damp it can be at an Greek island in wintertime ,...anyway,. I so enjoyed to see a lot of my friends , and the beauty of it all is that , after days of cold , the sun is suddenly out again, and you can sit in the harbour and look at people walking by , or at the beautiful sea , with a lovely cup of coffe in your hand !!

But oh yes , now I have returned , to my half fixed appartment , and a lot of small , daily life details ,...and in the middle of all that , I am discussing a new position as a cook , also trying to declutter a bit ,...I really dont understand why we need all this clothes , and some other items , just taking up space , I feel like throwing it all out , no to give it away ,..I would like to live in a monastery cell , with just one change of clothes , some books and my favourite coffe cup , when I get old , what a threat , nothing to take care of , just do your chores , for me it would be cooking and baking ,..ah what a lovely life !!!

I also have a lot of thoughts , about health ,...am very boring about food at the moment , doing my thing , every day the same ,

when waking up , I drink 2 glasses of warm lemon water ,and after that brush my theeths , then wait 45 min. until I have breakfast , mine is 1 banana , 1 egg , 1 peace of dark bread with peanutbutter and jam , a big cafe au lait , 10 almonds and some dried fruit !!

around eleven , normally after the gym , I have 1 helping of oat porridge , and my big meal in the afternoon , is a plate with red cabbage , and greens some raw , some cooked , beans or hoummous , maybe walnuts or pumpkinseeds , half a grapefruit , if I feel like it, I top it up with a piece of chicken or salmon ,..so yummie , I just love it , then if I havent strayed away completely , which easily happens in the evenings ....I opt for some yoghurt with blueberris , this is my everyday , routine , and believe me I dont think its boring , but of course , some days I make pizza or bake something else ,..

yes I have started to go to the gym again , after more than 25 years of pilates and yoga at home , which I still do anyway , all this because I have to get in terrific shape , me and all my muscles , since my right hip has come to such a sad state , and in a probably close future I have to go through a major surgery ..... so just do it , as they say !!!!

there are so many small everyday things to feel good about ,...first of all the days are getting longer , the light is coming back !!

so hey you , eat , think , live green , soon all around us will be sunny and green !!

dance , sing , make someone else happy ,laugh , listen to music all is good for you ,..
