Life in a Grey Zone !

Hello , like its not enough that we here in Sweden, are in the middle of the most grey month of the year,.. yes hello November ,.. we now have to listen to all this talk about terrorism , thanks to fanatics , who are hiding behind religion , who in reality has absolotely nothing to do with their attacks , they just like to make people afraid , to brew confusion and distrustfulness ,....how sad all this is , and where are we going from here ,...my new hope , up here in the north, goes to some Imams , who are in the process of to take as many young people as they can , to try to inform them about Islam , and their believes , that are exactly the opposite of what Daesh are doing ,...!!

well in spite of all this ,..one has to try to think that it will come to an end ,..all this poor people running for their lifes ,..because of wars , terror and horrific crimes being conducted , I would think it was enough for them to be without water , and hundreds of other things ,..to have to fight every day to find food , and now have to be run down on top of the rest ....

as I said , we have to go on with our lifes , I am working some as a prep. cook at Blommenhof Hotel , and we are approaching Christmas with big steps , as they are making a stunning , popular Christmas table every year , with a lot of food typical for the Christmas season , starting Friday 27th of November , and allready nearly fully booked up till Christmas , so am feeling a little bit like working against time ,..but we do have a lot of fun , and I really like the people working there , and my daughter is happy in her school , and are having fun with her new friends here in town ,

well dear followers ,. there will be no recipes this time , as the situation dont really inspire us all to feel good and giving ...

you will get some really nice vegetarian recipes next blog post , and they will be nice as a fresh change to all this meat ,.. upcoming holiday season ,
