Salads the greek way !
Hello ,. back on the beautiful island Gotland , making green things , living in a caravan together with my daughter ,..we are engaged for the summer season to make a Salad buffet at Krusmyntagården ,..situated on the border of the Baltic sea ,..speaking about stunning sunsets ,..wll all the surrounding are just plain lovely ,..so we are a team trying to make really good green alternative for you all to come and try out .
Here comes a really tasty and easy salad with bulgur ,
COCONUT GREEN CURRY BULGUR
You need some boiled bulgur , which you will mix with a little vegetable stock , green curry paste , turmeric ,tomato paste , ginger , salt and some coconut milk.
Top it off with Greek yoghurt and raw baby spinach
You can also always make a feta cheese dip , it goes with nearly everything , perfect as a sidedish for the barbecue,.....
SPICY FETA CHEESE DIP
Just mix together
crumbled fetacheese , greek yoghurt , olive oil ,oregano , hot pepper and a little herb salt
start out with half a kilo Feta cheese and 300 g yoghurt mix it and drizzle in a little oil , you will feel when it comes together right !
