We have snow, snow and chilly winds here up in the north , so this Bean recipe came to my mind , perfect for days like this !
Beans in the slow cooker
1 kg beans , white or black
1 diced onion
some brown sugar
mustard of Your taste
tomatoe paste
salt and pepper
water
soak beans in water over night , rinse and drain , place everything in a slow cooker , set on low and cook for 6-7 hours

fiber 6
protein 6 per serving
this is a great dish , winter comfort food , add bacon if You wish

Its also grat to take a week or two , maybe the rest of Your life without white stuff , sugar, flour , etc. makes You feel new !!
