New Life !

Maybe we are all in need of a new life, but in different ways ,. one thing for sure is that some did over indulge during the feastive season ,..me yes , I who normally exists on a mainly raw diet , all of a sudden was eating saffron buns , gingerbread with blue cheese and a lot more , ok it was me and my daughters, first Christmas in Sweden in our new flat ,...but please , and yes it was wonderful,..oh boy, but now its time to get back on the right track , I am going to give you a nice Noodle recipe or Wok if you like !

this is the perfect left over veggie wok , take what you have carrots , leek , peppers cut everything julienne , thin like matchies add some garlic and throw it in the wok pan together with some sesame oil and maybe cayenne , when they are ready , not too soft you throw in the cooked noodles , maybe some soy sauce ecological , and youre healthy meal is ready !

Back to my new life in Athens, so there I was in Afroditis appartment , walking distance from Monasteraki and Psirri ,lovely area of Athens , old stones , it was January 95 , of course me after a couple of weeks was bored with doing nothing , so I set out to look for work ,..and finally at a posh Chinese restaurant, where a lot of politicians and VIPs dined , just down from Kolonaki , they needed a head waitress 3 nights a week ,..oh so funny,.. it was me tall and blonde and the rest was chinese girls ,...by then I had got my motorbike to Athens from Myconos , so I was riding on that from downtown Athens and back ,..quite dangerous , but I didnt understand that back then !!

Tillbax till mitt nya liv i Aten, i Afroditis lägenhet på promenadavstånd från Monasteraki och Psirri, underbara kvarter med gamla stenar,..det var Januari 95, naturligtvis blev jag uttråkad efter ett par veckor med att göra ingenting,...dags att hitta ett jobb , och till slut behövdes en hovmästarinna 3 kvällar i veckan på en posh Kines restaurant där klientelet bestod av regeringsfolk och VIPs ,..det blev helkul med mej lång och blond och resten kines flickor ,..jag hade nu fått min moped till Aten från Mykonos , så det blev mitt transportmedel fram o tillbaka , ganska farligt med Aten trafiken , men det förstod inte lilla jag !!
