whats cooking ?

Yes there is a lot of mushrooms every where , and they are good for a lot of reasons , I have a high opinion of Reishi, and some friends do use it on a daily basis , in coffe or tea , or as a tonic , do your own research !

I have been cooking since dawn , today for the small children ,...so I might just go on , and here is a nice recipe for a wintry Stroganoff , !

Recipe for 4p

800g of mushrooms or meat optional or half - half

3 tbsp butter

1 onion

1tbsp flour

2 tbsp dijon

3 tbsp tomatoe puree

8 tomatoes peeled and diced

some diced cornichons

salt and blackpepper

some yoghurt

fry the onion and mushrooms in butter until golden and put it in a large casserole

add the tomatoes,tom.puree,dijon and dust the flour on top ,stir and add some water and let boil 8-9 minutes , some salt,pepper and sugar of your taste , stir in yoghurt and the cucumbers , heat a little while more.

some finely chopped parsley on top and serve with tagliatelles or rice.

Recept för 4p

800g champinjoner eller köttstrimlor , kanske hälften var

3 msk smör

1 lök

1 msk mjöl

2msk dijon

3 msk tomatpuree

8 tomater skalade och skurna i tärningar

ett par tärnade cornichon gurkor

salt o svartpeppar

lite jogurt

stek lök o svamp guldgula i smör och för över till en stor gryta, tillsätt tomaterna,tomat puree, senap och rör i mjölet , 1-2 dl vatten och koka 8-9 minuter

salta o peppra efter smak och tillsätt lite socker, rör i jogurt och gurkan , värm ett par minuter till.

strö finhackad persilja över och servera med pasta eller ris.
