Starting off !

I got me and my things down to the island, together with my father,.. he helped us to build the little shop,. and in May 1979 the doors opened for the first time at the newly decorated salad bar HANSABODEN ,a group of restaurantpeople and VIPS came down from Stockholm for the opening, and with the help, from 2 good friends Renee & Fia , we did a fairly good season with salads, sandwiches and coffe, but without Magnus, the summer after we did start with scoop icecream SIA GLASS and it was a HIT , never seen before on Gotland, and in the spring when I moved across the street and started to build Teatercafeet, 2 friends Skåne and Dino took over the little shop and started Guteglass there ,...

Jag fick mej och mina saker ner till Gotland tillsammans med min pappa , som stannade och hjälpte oss bygga shopen,. och i Maj 1979 öppnade vi dörrarna till den fint dekorerade lilla salladsbaren, tack Lotta Ingelse , ner från Stockholm kom det ett gäng restaurangfolk och Vips till öppningen , och med fin hjälp från 2 goda vänner Renee o Fia fick vi en bra första sommar, med sallader, mackor och kaffi,..men utan Magnus, sommaren efter började vi med Sia lösglass och det blev en hit,. och den första lösglassen på Gotland,... våren - 81 då jag flyttade tvärs över gatan och började bygga Teatercafeet , tog 2 vänner, Skåne o Dino över lokalen och började med Guteglass där ,....
