Från pisterna i Åre till Visby,.. eller hur kommer man på ideen att öppna en liten Salladsbar i Visby på 70-talet , då knappast Cranks existerade i London !

From the ski paradise Åre to Visby,.. or how on earth do you come up with the idea to open a small Saladbar in Visby in the 70 ies, when hardly Cranks did exist in London !
